HARVEST 2025
This year the vintage was early, very early!!!!
We harvested on 08/28/25, which had never happened before. For the first time, we also selected a vat from the birthday of my father, born on September 3rd!!!
A quality harvest, full of sugars. A year of producing beautiful whites, Crémant Zéro, and reds full of fruit and character.
A lightning harvest carried out from 08/28 to 09/17 (we are bringing in the last Chinon reds today).
A large and excellent team of harvesters. Thank you all!
